Security Facilities include: fire sprinkler system; burglar and fire alarm system; exterior lights and others. A new state-of-the-art alarm system was installed in 2014. Other security features will only be revealed to buyer when in escrow.
Roof is a double roof of both clay tile and torch-down membranes. Clay tile is by Redland Tile Co. in Laguna Buff Blend and Buff Blend with wind clips, plus a full underlayment of double layer membranes. Rain Gutters, Chimneys and Flashings are custom copper.
Fireplaces: Three fireplaces have custom-designed wrought iron and glass screens and natural gas logs.

Design Plans: the original construction plans are available for both houses.
Wheelchair Access: the garage entrance to home is ramped to provide wheelchair access.
Usable Land Area: Lot has sufficient level usable land for future construction of: a CC&R-approved horse facility, barn, manager’s quarters, or pool with cabana. Hillside is suitable for a vineyard or olive grove.
