Carey Kendall -Associate Broker

Carey Kendall has been a resident of Montecito/Santa Barbara since 1975 after graduating with a B.A. in Economics. In 1980, Carey completed the USC Broker Development Course, a comprehensive series of real estate courses over many months and later that year he earned his California Real Estate Broker License. A very thorough knowledge base and experience in residential, land and commercial properties has been developed through extensive sales in all these areas of Santa Barbara real estate over the past 25 years.

 

In 1995 Carey and his wife, Alix, built their horse ranch on 10-acres in Los Olivos, a township, in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Additionally, for over three decades Carey has been involved in both the horse world and, in the European Vintage Car arena where he developed an international client base.

He brings the worldwide contacts developed from this diverse background to the table in the marketing of special properties
