Planted in 2001 the approximately 26 acre Vineyard has 4.3 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, 4.5 acres of Cabernet Franc, 2.1 acres of Petit Verdot and 1.0 acres each of Malbec and Merlot, in addition to 5.6 acres of Sauvignon Blanc, 0.5 acres of Semillon, 3.3 acres of Sangiovese and 3.9 acres of Syrah.

The current owners typically sell 50% of the fruit to name brand wineries using the remainder for their own labels.

The Vineyard is in the Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA and is farmed sustainably by Coastal Vineyard Care Associates, the leading vineyard management company in the Santa Barbara area.
